Your new residents have questions. Hand them the answers.
New To Fishtown is a free guide for people who just moved to the neighborhood — trash day, parking permits, internet setup, and the local businesses worth knowing. Put it in your move-in packet, and your leasing office stops answering the same questions every week.
What your building gets — free
- A welcome page with your building's name on it, at newtofishtown.com/welcome/your-building. See an example →
- A printable move-in card with a QR code, sized for your welcome packet or a lobby frame. See the example card →
- The First 30 Days checklist, emailed to any resident who wants it.
- A count of how many of your residents have signed up, whenever you ask.
What your residents get
- Their trash and recycling day, looked up by address
- How residential parking permits work here
- Internet and utility setup
- Vetted local picks — movers, plumbers, HVAC, dog walkers, groceries, gyms, and more
- A few short emails over their first month. Not a daily newsletter.
What we'll never do
- Advertise other apartment buildings to your residents.
- Send your residents moving or home-buying pitches around lease renewal time. Residents who sign up through your building's page never get that email.
- Sell or share anyone's email address.
Why it's free
Local businesses pay to be listed on New To Fishtown — that's how the site runs. Your residents are exactly who they want to reach, so your building pays nothing. Paid listings are always clearly labeled.
How it works
- Tell us your building's name and who to contact.
- We set up your welcome page and send you the move-in card within a week.
- Drop the card in your move-in packets. That's it.
